The DCP Amendment, adopted by Waverley Council aims to accommodate changing technology in the design of Multi residential, mixed use & commercial developments to ensure that adequate charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles are provided in off-street private and public car parking areas.
The amendment’s conditions of consent include installation of appropriate electrical infrastructure & capacity, signage and dedicated charging spaces.
