Elizabeth Babcock is the Deputy Director for Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency. She has over 20 years of experience managing collaborative, transformational projects, including the development of Denver’s climate office and programs under the Climate Protection Fund. Her portfolio includes energy, electrified mobility, building decarbonization, workforce development, environmental justice, and climate adaptation.
