Solar PV for low income households: building the business case for action

This report by Eastern Alliance for Greenhouse Action summarises findings and key issues that need to be accounted for in scaling up a low income solar program in Victoria. The program seeks to replicate the welfare outcomes of the Darebin Solar $aver scheme in other Victorian Council areas, using new ways to secure finance that are best suited to installing solar PV systems on low income households. This resource could be used by councils to advocate for a more cost effective way to implement EUAs in Victoria.
