In 2017, the Federal Government reviewed its climate change policies to take stock of Australia’s progress in reducing emissions, and ensure the Government’s policies remained effective in achieving Australia’s Paris Agreement commitments. This website will provide useful information to councils to find out how federal policy could effect their operations as well as showing the opportunities for advocating for stronger climate and energy policy.
