Climate Summit for Local Government

Sept 6-8, 2023 | Melbourne

The Residential Efficiency Scorecard is the first and only software developed by government to give existing Australian homes an energy rating. It is available across Australia and is delivered by government-accredited assessors. Scorecard provides an objective way to rate energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emissions and climate resilience and can be used to measure pre and post-upgrade results, model upgrade impacts and provide data for council reporting.

Join us on Thursday the 17th February at 2:30pm AEDT as we are walked through the Scorecard program, how it works and the benefits to local government. To do this, we are joined by energy policy expert, Romney Bishop from DELWP, Victoria.

Romney Bishop is a Senior Policy Officer at the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning (DELWP). Management. She manages the administration, accreditation process and quality assurance of the Scorecard program. In previous lives Romney spent seven years as Sustainability Officer at Nillumbik Shire Council and had her own business providing in-home assessments for all things sustainability-related.
