This handbook aims to identify initiatives that you won’t find in the current National Construction Code (NCC), helping to promote best practice energy performance in the property sector. This handbook is also intended to help the market adapt to the rapid and continuous changes to technology and industry practice. This resource can be used by council to promote best practice in the local construction industry, adopt respective measures for all council buildings, and consider it in council planning processes.
