These guidelines from the Clean Energy Council are intended to be practical and are designed primarily for use by wind farm proponents, owners and operators.They are also designed to assist people involved in the planning process, and the general community. The guidelines aim to help the industry and stakeholders understand the wind farm development process and provide confidence in the level of rigour that can be expected of proponents when preparing a wind farm proposal for development approval.
