Climate Conversations – A community engagement program for councils

Climate for Change has been running its program of Climate Conversations for the past six years. This is a community engagement program unique within the climate movement, that has consistently succeeded in reaching historically ‘untapped’ audiences. In 2021, Climate for Change began partnering with climate emergency councils to deliver this program within their local government area. Serena Davies is the strategic partnerships coordinator at Climate for Change. She has been recruiting, training and supporting everyday people to take action on the climate emergency for the past six years.
