We’re excited to announce that, from July, Cities Power Partnership councils will have bespoke free access to the Azility emissions reporting and energy platform. Formerly known as Planet Footprint, Azility is the most comprehensive platform available for local governments wanting to track clean energy and water projects, with over 120 councils across Australia already using the platform. This new tool for CPP councils replaces the GRITS reporting tool previously available and we’re confident that councils will find it more user friendly.
Cities Power Partnership councils will be able to use Azility’s Projects Module to measure, verify and report on projects to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Councils will also be able to track and report their progress towards meeting their Cities Power Partnership pledges.
Azility’s easy to use portal will empower Councils to track and report on:
- Project costs
- Projected and actual savings
- Resource and emissions saved and offset
- Greenpower or offsets purchased
- Projects Checklist, giving you a succinct summary of all the projects and initiatives your council has implemented to improve your energy performance.
